What to Wear

I'll tell you...This. Forever 21's newest dresses are fabulous and cheap. I'm thinking some gladiator sandals and a straw hat (I can't wear hats but not everyone has my cross to bear). Word to the wise? The belt on the dress can be an uncomfortable accessory-(I have another dress with the same belt) however, it is removable.
